Online CV guidelines measure absolute risk

Australian guidelines for the assessment of absolute cardiovascular disease risk are now available online.
Aimed at GPs, the guidelines, which were developed by the National Vascular Disease Prevention Alliance and approved by the National Health and Medical Research Council, detect an individual’s absolute risk of developing CVD rather than assessing various risk factors....
